Fake Blood live in Brighton Digital

March 15, 2009

Theo Keating, one half of The Black Ghosts with ex-Simian vocalist Simon Lord and previously known as DJ Touché as one half of the 90’s Big Beat band The Wiseguys, played in Brighton Digital last night under his Fake Blood alias. Even though he was one of the top remixers and producers of 2008, it wasn’t until last November that Theo was outed as the true identity of Fake Blood. Everyone was asking “Who is Fake Blood?”

The night lasted until 4am and his unmissable characteristic bass heavy sound with rave breakdowns and signature Fake Blood name drops sounded absolutly amazing on Digital’s £1million soundsystem. Certainly one of the best nights I’ve had in a long time. So if he plays a club near you make sure you get yourself there!

Hello!

February 17, 2009

I’m an 18 year old, Digital Media student at the University of Brighton. I have started this blog as part of a university assignment but hope to keep it going afterwards! I love most kinds of music, apart from r’n’b, ranging from hardcore punk to hiphop to electronica. This blog will focus on my love for Techno and Minimal but I’ll also have lots to say about Electro House, Dubstep or anything else related to electronic music. I’ll try to post as many new great tunes, mixs, podcasts, links, articles or just my general thoughts and opinions I may have as I can. Please post your comments too and tell me anything you have to say!
